Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Purrbag123@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review your case and if approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

Lost or Stolen Packages

Purrbag is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. We recommend reaching out to your local carrier to file a claim.
